Job Description
Cafeteria Server Positions Available in Athens TN
Are you in search of a new job opportunity Join our team as a Cafeteria Server in the Athens TN area!
Shifts: 1st 6 am to 2 Pm.
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Qualifications:
- Physical Strength: Capable of lifting 25lbs repetitively and able to reach bend and stoop frequently.
- Endurance: Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Teamwork: Able to work closely with others.
- Safety: Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines diligently.
Responsibilities:
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen including washing pots and pans sweeping and mopping.
- Serving Area: Clean and restock serving areas ensuring they are wellorganized.
- Stock Management: Receive and store incoming stock deliveries efficiently.
- Versatility: Assist with cooking and cashier duties as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude towards both coworkers and customers.
- Sales Area: Keep the sales area clean organized and fully stocked.
- Sanitary Work Stations: Ensure work stations within the Dining Center are kept sanitary.
- Flexibility: Assist in various capacities within the Dining Center including cashiering and cooking.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance in line with company standards and exhibit professionalism at all times.
- Compliance: Adhere to all HR sanitation safety and security policies and procedures to create a safe environment for all.
