Position Overview
As a Caf Attendant you will be the face of our caf taking orders at the register and delivering fresh quality food prepared by our kitchen team. Youll assist guests seated across our lanes caf and restaurant spaces while ensuring these areas are clean organized and inviting. This role also involves light kitchen duties supporting the team in providing a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly take food and beverage orders and process payments at the register.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests across our bowling lanes caf and restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness of the caf and surrounding seating areas including bussing tables disposing of waste and restocking essentials.
- Assist with light kitchen duties as needed such as preparing condiments refilling supplies and cleaning workspaces.
- Ensure all food orders are accurately fulfilled and delivered promptly.
- Uphold Spare Times high standards of customer service by providing friendly efficient and attentive service to each guest.
- Follow health and safety guidelines including food handling and sanitation protocols.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and other team members to ensure a smooth flow of orders and an enjoyable guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or a customerfacing role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Must be able to stand walk and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
