Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily cleaning operations and supervise cleaning staff
- Ensure delivery of all contracted services and resolve issues with building management
- Conduct quality control inspections and maintain high cleaning standards
- Train and develop cleaning staff on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Prepare reports on cleaning operations and staff performance
- Assist with scheduling timesheets and other administrative tasks
- Minimum 13 years management & cleaning experience
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods equipment and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Competitive salary of $3040k based on experience
