W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay Brisbane City is hiring a Part Time Welcome Desk Agent. Our jobs arent just about giving guests a smooth checkin and checkout. Instead we want to build anexperience that is memorable and unique. OurWelcome Desk Agent (Guest Service Agent)takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. You will provideour guests with the W experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service and require experience in the following:
- Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
- Experience withOperaproperty management system
- Armed with smart solutions and a cando attitude
- Energised in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Ability to work a 7day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week
- Must be available to work AM PM and Overnight Shifts
