Job Description
The Position
Neelands has an opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join our team in Murphy North Carolina. This role will be reporting to the General Manager Southeast Division.
Description of duties and responsibilities
- Managing construction projects across SouthEastern States
- Prepare various types of competitive quotes for various projects
- Oversee the scheduling of labor hours and equipment deliveries
- Ensuring timely ordering and delivery of services materials and equipment
- Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the project
- Conduct signoff on warranty work orders and invoices related to construction projects
- Coordinate and manage projects as allocated within projected margins
- Attend site meetings as required plus conduct postproject reviews and visits
- Maintain accurate records of projects for future review/analysis
- Participate in monthly meetings to review Accounts Receivables exception report and followup with customers on outstanding tasks
- Supplier Engagement Build relationships with key suppliers look for new suppliers sourcing shipping.
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries
- Travel across Southeast USA when required
Qualifications:
- 35 years experience with Project Management in the refrigeration and HVAC industry; other fields of construction management will be considered
- 24 years experience preparing quotes for customers
- Strong working knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel for business
- Licensing in Georgia state an asset
- Bilingualism in Spanish would be considered an asset
