General Summary/Overview
With guidance from the Information Security Risk Manager and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer assists with the Partners HealthCare enterprisewide information security and privacy program through active engagement with business owners including information gathering analysis and reporting.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the design organization and analysis associated with the Partners Enterprise Log Management solution. This will include identifying potential business and service intelligence workflows reporting and integration opportunities.
Assist in the planning organization and of the Partners electronic Governance Risk and Compliance platform. This will include assisting with the design workflow notifications and approval process for multiple solutions within the Archer program
Assist in planning and design with the ServiceNow (Service Desk software) initiative and the integration with Information Security tools.
Assist in the development of risk assessment and information security engineering documentation. Documents would include call flow diagrams and work flow processes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Strong organizational and time management skills and technical/information security background
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required
Energetic positive and has a can do attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with VISIO diagram and related applications
Good project management skills
