As a SUBARU OF LAS VEGAS Business Development Coordinator youll receive regular training and support in your role to help you be your best. This fulltime hourly plus commission position entrusts you with coordination of prospective new and preowned vehicle buyers visits to our storefront. Youll also transparently answer customer questions via inbound & outbound phone calls eMails and text messages. Your professional customer connections will ensure our nations best performing Product Specialist team is well prepared to offer a world class purchase experience with information you field on their behalf. Data entry software for documenting information gathered from customer interactions is provided. Work days go fast and youll leave the office feeling accomplished knowing you made a difference with your efforts!
Qualifications
Candidates should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
While not mandatory having at least one year of experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. This experience helps demonstrate your ability to handle customer inquiries communicate effectively and provide satisfactory service.
Candidates should be open to receiving feedback willing to learn and improve and able to collaborate effectively with team members. A strong ability to work in a teamoriented environment is valued.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for scheduling and organizing appointments for potential customers who want to visit the dealership. This involves managing the logistics and ensuring a seamless experience for customers during their visit.
You will handle incoming phone calls from customers who are seeking information about Subaru vehicles pricing financing options and other related inquiries. Your goal is to provide accurate and helpful information to assist customers in their decisionmaking process.
In addition to handling inbound phone calls you will also be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries received through various online channels. This includes outbound phone calls live chat sessions text messages and emails. You will utilize trained scripts and message templates to ensure consistent and effective communication.
You will offer initial product information to customers including specifications features and available options. Based on their specific needs and preferences you will guide them to the appropriate dealership resources such as Product Specialists or other team members who can provide more indepth assistance.
As part of your role you will provide customers with preliminary financing options that align with their requirements and financial situations. This involves understanding their needs collecting relevant information and presenting suitable financing alternatives.
You will proactively follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled a store visit or who have missed their appointments. Your objective is to reengage them and address any concerns or questions they may have with the goal of encouraging them to visit the dealership or reschedule their appointments.
You will actively participate in process development sessions to contribute ideas and suggestions for improving customer service and dealership operations. Additionally you are expected to maintain positive relationships with your teammates the Product Specialist team and management fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Accurate documentation of customer interactions is crucial. You will be responsible for documenting prospect notes from inbound and outbound phone calls chat interactions and text messaging. This information will be entered into the data tracking program (VINsolutions CRM) to ensure comprehensive customer records and enable effective followup.
