Job Responsibilities:
The Growth and Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing growthfocused marketing strategies driving brand visibility and optimizing customer acquisition and retention efforts. This role requires a datadriven and strategic marketer with expertise in branding multichannel campaigns and market positioning. The role also involves market research partnership development and lead generation to enhance the companys presence in AI services.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Market Positioning
- Establish and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity to increase credibility and awareness of AI service offerings.
- Develop positioning strategies and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the companys value proposition in the AI market.
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry events and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (executives sales research teams) to align messaging with company goals.
Growth & Demand Generation
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies using a mix of paid and organic channels.
- Optimize the customer journey and sales funnel to improve conversion rates and drive engagement.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance metrics to refine marketing initiatives.
Campaigns & Content Strategy
- Lead the development and of multichannel marketing campaigns including email marketing content marketing paid media and social media.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure the production of highquality engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee performance marketing efforts including A/B testing audience segmentation and conversion optimization.
Partnership Development & Market Research
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends insights and opportunities in the AI and technology sectors.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (sales product research) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Analytics & Optimization
- Leverage marketing analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide datadriven insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies and improve performance.
- Develop reporting frameworks to track KPIs and key growth metrics.
Additional Job Details:
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in growth marketing brand positioning and multichannel campaign .
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing data analysis CRM platforms and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Experience in AI technology or B2B marketing is highly desirable.
