Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Computer skills are helpful Microsoft Office programs such as Word Excel Publisher and Outlook. We will train student workers on programs we use if necessary. Ability to make copies on a copy machine use a fax machine have good communication skills. Customer service skills are helpful but will train.

Essential Duties:
1. Organizational duties filing (including music library) stocking forms keeping practice rooms & office area clean and in good order.
2. Assist students with registration for Music Classes.
3. Delivering paperwork or picking up from other campus offices.
4. Answer phones answer student questions take messages.
5. Email information to prospective music students regarding private music lessons & ensembles.
6. Office coverage to enable students work in the Digital Music Lab.
7. Other duties as assigned.
