Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $255000 $290000
- Provider Bonus Plan
- Longevity Pay $5000 added to salary every five years

Responsibilities:
- Providing Primary Care to Patients of All Ages in a Family Practice clinic setting
- 5Day Week 90 Clinical / 10 Admin)
- Monday Friday 8AM 5PM)
- 22 Patients Per Day
- 100 Outpatient Ambulatory Services
Requirements:
- Compassionate patientcentered approach in primary care
- Clear and Active Medical License in the State of California
- M.D. or D.O.
- Current and Active DEA Registration
- Boardcertified or Boardeligible Family Medicine Physician
- New Grads Will be Considered
