Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Is intentional and consistent at integrating faith into living relationships
- Demonstrates classroom management (routine discipline) appropriate for grade level assigned
- Exhibits organization preparation and transitioning in planning
- Provides sufficient and clear expectations at all times
- Supervises student learning activities and other supervisory duties actively and well during and outside of instructional time
- Decisions changes and choices are student and God centered
- Respects expectations outlined in the Parent/Student Handbook
- Other duties as assigned by the administrator

- Building principal
Spiritual Requirements:
- Affirms Bethels statements of faith
- Affirmance of being a bornagain Christian
- Will serve as an example of Christs love
- Lives according to Bethels biblical standards
- Regular church attendance and involvement in a church that is likefaith
