Lead Generation and Sales Conversion:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including inbound and outbound calls emails and social media.
Research and target prospective customers to create a robust sales pipeline to hand over to the account managers.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirements.
Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up to date with industry trends product knowledge and sales techniques.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Basic experience on a similar role (experience in medical device/healthcare would be an asset but it not essential)
Proactive approach to sales
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently.
Strong problemsolving skills
Commercial background
Fluent English & Polish.
