Job Description
Joseph J. Albanese Inc. is seeking construction industry students or graduates to join our 2025 Project Engineer Summer Internship Program. As a member of the Project Management Department you will work closely with our Project Management and Field Teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees and monitors production in conjunction with the Foreman and Superintendent
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of field timecards
- Reviews submittals prepares contract documents and maintains contract files
- Review plans for changes and price updates
- Coordinates project activities and tracks materials
- Updates project schedules and assists with job meetings
- Draft purchase orders subcontracts and change orders
- Submits subcontractor invoices and requests for payment
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
A current college student seeking a degree in construction engineering or a related field is preferred but not required. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic be a team player have excellent written and oral communication skills and have attention to detail.
