Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Nephrology team to deliver both inpatient and outpatient care on our Wilkes Barre Campus.Job Duties:
Prior Nephrology training is not required we will teach the successful candidate the skills needed to work collaboratively/ semiindependently with our providers. Our primary goal is to attract a candidate who enjoys working in a fastpaced inpatient/outpatient environment with a teambased approach. The department provides comprehensive Nephrology subspecialty services including: inpatient evaluation of acute kidney injury (AKI) critical care consultation continuous dialysis acute and chronic dialysis outpatient management of kidney disease and postoperative/longterm management of kidney transplant recipients.
