Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Briefing and Descriptions:

The candidates must have a minimum of14 yearsof experience in selling Environmental Automotive /Automobile / Auto component / Auto Ancillary Industries. Technically proficient candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills & written & oral communication skills.

Education:Candidates having qualifications ofMBA/PGDBM/BTech

The CTC will be 14 to 16 lakhs per annum.

Job Requirement

  • Handlingthe client queries related to PDFs.
  • Follow up on the new orders.
  • Providing the costing for new jobs.
  • Procuring the board as per the expected order.
  • Monthly target achievement ofsales.
  • Arranging the dummy samples for newdevelopment.
  • Visiting the client to get regular orders and newdevelopmentsto get newbusiness.
  • New client generations.
  • Client database management and MIS maintenance.
  • Achieving New & Existingsalestarget
  • Focusonthecustomerfortheschedulescheduleconfirmation&purchaseorder.
  • Maintainthedataof the scheduleagainstthedispatches.
  • Toensuretimelydeliveryatcustomersend.
  • Followupforsampleapprovalandpurchaseorder.
  • Forwardthecustomercomplaintto the Qualityproduction anddevelopmentdept.
  • Communication&coordinationinternallyforthesupplyofboxes&newdevelopment.
  • Developbusinesseswithassignedcustomersandhandleaccountsindependentlywhereverallocated.
  • Takepreventiveactionagainsta shortageinsupplyandlatedeliveryofthematerial.
  • Givedailysalesmarketing&newdevelopmentreportstoDirector/marketinghead.
  • Discussthecurrentissuesindailymeetingsandsolvethemwith teamwork.
  • Developthebusinesswithexistingcustomers.
  • CoordinatewithDispatchdevelopmentproductionQApurchase andaccountsdeptsforthegoodqualityproductsandsmoothsupply.
  • Sharethecompetitionfeedbackwithmanagement
  • ToUnderstand the ClientsrequirementsforNewProductDevelopment.
  • ManageExistingbusinessbycontinuouspropercommunicationwithCustomers.
  • TofulfillnewProductdevelopmentrequirementswithexistingcustomers.
  • Findnewcustomersforthenewdevelopmentsofourproducts
  • ManagemaximumSOBwithexistingcustomersbyuptodateserviceandmaintaininggoodrapport
