Location: Remote Based in Texas
Salary: $80000 $90000 Annually

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our Client a recognized leader in the commercial roofing and building envelope industry is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Field Service Technician to join their team. This role is instrumental in supporting contractors ensuring highquality workmanship and promoting roofing products across Texas.
This is a remote role based anywhere in Texas and involves regular travel across the state including 12 overnight stays per week.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Serve as a liaison between Our Client and the commercial contracting community.
- Perform onsite quality assurance inspections of ongoing and completed commercial roofing installations.
- Conduct both classroomstyle and handson product training sessions for current and prospective registered contractors.
- Generate detailed inspection and quality assurance reports for internal teams and customers.
- Support product education and promotion across the contracting and distribution networks.
- Investigate warranty claims and provide fieldbased resolution and reporting.
- Represent Our Client at relevant industry events and association meetings.
- Participate in internal meetings ongoing professional development and companyprovided training.
- 35 years of handson experience in the commercial roofing industry.
- Background in quality assurance or roof inspections (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing assemblies and applications.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
- Proficient in using computers and office productivity tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Texas.
- Expect 12 overnight stays per week based on project needs
