We are seeking a proactive Compliance Specialist to play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance ensuring documentation accuracy and upholding CASA and ICAO standards. This position involves overseeing operational compliance processes enhancing safety documentation and implementing improvements to regulatory procedures.

As a Compliance Specialist you will work within Microflites Safety & Quality Department ensuring that policies manuals and procedures remain up to date compliant and effectively implemented across all aviation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update operational documentation
- Oversee document control and document integrity
- Monitor and analyse regulatory updates
- Execute compliance initiatives and action audit findings
- Enhance compliance processes and drive continuous improvement
- Track regulatory adherence and support leadership in strategic decision making
- Keep stakeholders informed of changes affecting their roles
What Were Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in compliance document control safety or quality assurance within an aviation environment or highly regulated industry
- Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g. CASA ICAO)
- Experience in exposition and document management ensuring regulatory alignment and operational accuracy
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements within an operational setting
- Strong organisational analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
- Qualification in aviation safety compliance or a related field
- Experience working within an IMS environment
- Knowledge of risk management and human factors principles
