If so this may be the position for you.
What: Practice Access Coordinator (PAC) a position responsible for greeting patients processing copays and managing appointment schedules. PACs make future appointments for patients ensuring that the physical therapists schedules are full and interact with waiting patients. Candidates should have the flexibility to deal with problems as they arise and to quickly create and adjust to new priorities as needed.
Why: Both patients and therapists sometimes run into scheduling problems and need someone to help move appointments to make the most efficient use of everyones time. Thats why candidates must be able to manage several tasks at once use good judgment to solve problems creatively and understand that accountability for these responsibilities rests with the candidate.
When: We havea fulltime opening for aqualified applicant meaning only those individuals with a proven track record of exercising good judgment managing several tasks at once and handling constantly changing priorities in a positive professional environment.
Where: Our stateoftheart Physical Therapy practice is located at the MGH West Campus in Waltham.
