Associate Director of Compensation is responsible for daytoday management and administration of PMG compensation plans and programs. Conducts analysis and interpretation related to the organizations compensation programs globally. Leads salary survey participation including job matching and competitive benchmarking. Supports development of job families job levels salary grade and structures. Support annual compensation (merit/promotion and bonus) planning process.
