ABOUT THE ROLE
Drive Group Australia is on the lookout for a highly motivated Customer Experience Officer to join our team in Mulgrave 7 Miles Street Mulgrave VIC 3170.
In this role youll be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional service and administrative support to ensure a seamless experience. If youre a people person with a passion for customer care and strong admin skills this is your opportunity to shine!

ABOUT YOU
To thrive in this role youll bring:
Strong computer literacy and confidence with MS Office & internal systems
A keen eye for detail and great organisational skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
A passion for customer service and a friendly professional attitude
Previous experience in an officebased customer service role
Insurance industry experience (highly regarded but not essential)
A proactive approach to workplace safety
