For one of our going on project we are looking for Software Developer AKKA Scala. The position is based out of New York NY.
Required Skills:
710 years of development experience on SCALA Akka actor framework.
4 years of experience in Scala
Good experience in building web application with Scala and Scala for Big data or Analytics
Strong objectoriented design skills data structure and algorithms.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Working knowledge of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) within an Agile framework.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Desired skills:
Experience in financial services with exposure to residential mortgage lending.
Experience with task management tools such as JIRA
Solid understanding and experience with ObjectOriented design and development
Practiced understanding of Agile development methodologies & understanding of DevOps Integration
The ability to write reusable optimized maintainable code that is well documented and follows industrystandard best practices
Good problem solving skills
Proven ability to work in a fastpaced crossfunctional team environment with geographically distributed team members
Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels
