HOST/HOSTESS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcomes and greetsall guests
Walks guests to tablesengaging in conversation along the way
Communicate with the MatreD any open tableslong waits or guest issues
Full understanding of company informationincluding but not limited to hours of operations directions awareness ofneighborhood and company properties
Master operations of the Open Table system
Complete all opening and closing sidework asassigned
Open all wine andchampagne bottles using proper wine service techniques
Ensure accuracy ofguest checks and promptly process payments
Interact in courteousand professional manner with guests supervisors and coworkers
Complete runningsidework throughout the shift as assigned
Monitor and maintaincleanliness sanitation and organization of all service areas
