Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsiblefor the analysis design development and delivery of software solutions
Defines requirements for new applicationsand customizations adhering to standards processes and best practices.
Participate in team prioritizationdiscussions with Product/Business stakeholders.
Estimate and own delivery tasks (design devtest deployment configuration documentation) to meet the businessrequirements.
Automate build operate and run aspectsof software.
Drive code/design/process tradeoffdiscussions within their team when required Report status and manage risks.
Drive integration of services focusing oncustomer journey and experience.
Perform demos/acceptance discussions ininteracting with Product owners.
Understands operational and engineeringexperience and actively works to improve experience and metrics in theownership area.
Develop a complete understanding ofendtoend technical architecture and dependency systems.
Drive adoption of technology standardsand opinionated frameworks and review coding test and automation work ofteam members.
Mentor and guide new and lessexperiencedteam members.
Identify opportunities to improve anoverall process and trim waste.
Share and seek knowledge within theirGuild/Program to drive reuse and productivity.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Efficient in JavaSpring Spring Boot JPA Angular SQL. Knowledge on Microservice.
- Understands the basicengineering principles used in building and running missioncritical softwarecapabilities (security customer experience testing reparabilitysimplification serviceoriented architecture).
- Able to performdebugging and troubleshooting to analyze core heap and thread dumps andremove coding errors.
- Understands andimplements standard branching (e.g. Git flow) and peer review practices.
- Has skills intestdriven and behaviordriven development (TDD and BDD) to build just enoughcode and collaborate on the desired functionality.
- Understands use casesfor advanced design patterns (e.g. servicetoworker MVC API gatewayintercepting filter dependency injection lazy loading all from the gang of four)to implement efficient code.
- Understands andimplements Application Programming Interface (API) standards and cataloging todrive API/service adoption and commercialization.
- Apply tools (e.g.Sonar) and techniques to scan and measure code quality.
- Has skills tocollaborate with team and business stakeholders to estimate requirements (e.g.story pointing) and prioritize based on business value.
- Has skills toorchestrate release workflows and pipelines and apply standardized pipelinesvia APIs to achieve CI and CD using industry standard tools (e.g. Jenkins).
- Has skills to documentand drive definitionofdone for requirements to meet both business anrational needs.
