Job Description
As a maintenance leader you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily maintenance activities of a team ensuring all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and repaired in a timely and safe manner by assigning tasks supervising a team and adhering to established maintenance procedures and safety protocols. We are looking for someone who has :
Strong understanding of mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC systems. *Proof of Certification preferred*
Ability to diagnose equipment issues and develop effective repair solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with staff management and external vendors.
Ability to prioritize tasks manage schedules and meet deadlines.
Must obtain specific ChickfilA maintenance certifications.
