Job Description
Are you a diligent Maintenance professional passionate about creating safe and welcoming environments
Were looking for a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join Tricuro and play a vital role in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards. Reporting directly to our Maintenance Officer youll contribute to ensuring our buildings provide safe comfortable and efficient spaces for our employees and service users across Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in maintenance work who thrives in handson roles enjoys collaborating with diverse teams and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Youll provide essential support by carrying out general repairs maintenance tasks grounds maintenance and managing external spaces. Additionally youll support contractors maintain accurate records of tasks completed and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate should have:
- Experience in maintenance work.
- Valid drivers licence with the ability to drive company vehicles when necessary.
- Basic skills or qualifications in plumbing electrical or HVAC.
- Proficient use of hand and power tools.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
Parttime: 18 hours per week across 5 days.
Interviews will take place w/c 28 April 2025.
