Inside Sales & Counter Sales Representative Oil & Gas Industry
Location: Katy TX
Job Type: TemptoHire
Our company is seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Counter Sales Representative to assist customers with their equipment and supply needs in the Oil & Gas industry. This role involves providing excellent customer service processing orders sourcing products and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Assist walkin and phonein customers with product selection quotes and order processing.
- Manage incoming sales inquiries and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Source products from vendors and coordinate purchasing to maintain inventory levels.
- Monitor stock and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
- Utilize industry knowledge to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Provide followup support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in inside sales counter sales or customer service (preferably in Oil & Gas or industrial industries).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with order processing inventory management or supplier coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software preferred.
- Detailoriented proactive and a team player.
