A fulltime nonexempt position with primary working hours of Monday through Friday 8:30am4:30pm 37.5 hours/week) with a half an hour lunch. The IT Development and Services Specialist position requires a degree with major course work in data processing; or graduation from high school and one 1 year of experience and one hundred 100 hours of formal training in the use of computing and information technology resources. Overview of duties and responsibilities of the IT Development and Services Specialist position: - Assist the IT Development & Services Supervisor in leading internal project meetings with agency leadership to analyze design develop and distribute HIPAA compliant internal web applications.
- Provides data support to ensure departmental business as well as organizational objectives are met. Design optimize and refactor code to maximize performance and user experience.
- Design and deploy JavaScript logical expressions and SQL data calls into internal MiApps form software to deliver business critical forms and documents.
- The IT Development & Services Specialist will create front end data input interface using tools such as MiApps and then provide summary reports for users using report building software such as but not limited to SSRS.
- The IT Development & Services Specialist will assist IT Development & Services Supervisor as point of contact to identify and resolve problems in existing systems through interaction with WCSI staff County staff Vendors and Providers.
