About the client:
Our customer is the European online car market with over 30 million monthly users with a market presence in 18 countries. As a Senior FullStack Engineer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the productdriven services
- Maintenance of existing services (e.g. bug fixes security updates improvements in Java Scala and TypeScript)
- Migrating legacy services to new technologies (Scala/ Java)
- Helping with decreasing a tech debt
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with React or Next.JS and Typescript
- At least 3 years of experience with Java for developing APIs and web applications.
- Exposure to or experience with Scala or eagerness to learn it
- AWS 3 years practical experience.
- Previous experience working with Optimizely is a must;
- Deep practical knowledge of AWS Kafka AWS DynamoDB and PostgreSQL
- A selfdriven quick learner who can grasp tasks gather necessary information and work independently.
- At least Upperintermediate English level.
NicetoHave Skills:
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA tracking parameters)
- Previous experience with A/B testing
