Role Overview:As an Asset Manager you will play a pivotal role in maximising the value and performance of our clients property portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic asset management plans overseeing property operations and ensuring that their investments yield optimal returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance of properties to identify opportunities for value enhancement.
- Oversee property operations including leasing maintenance and tenant relations.
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform investment decisions.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including investors property managers and contractors.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on asset performance for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in asset management preferably within the property sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. RICS CFA) are highly desirable.
