Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in fundraising annual giving donor stewardship societies volunteer management with a track record of success. Experience conceptualizing writing and coordinating solicitation materials. Proven managerial skills and the ability to develop and inspire volunteers. Strong writing skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong analytical skills; must be detailedoriented thorough and accurate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals across various channels. Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently; ability to collaborate with others as part of a team. Excellent command of office technology tools including Microsoft Office Suite and AI technology. Outgoing personality and an optimistic and positive attitude. Good judgment tact sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information and situations. Highest ethical and professional behavior. Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree is preferred. Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Raisers Edge) is a plus.
