What Youll Do:
Lead & Innovate Take charge of multiple projects overseeing site development plans infrastructure design and client coordination.
Shape Communities Design water sewer and storm drainage systems that support residential and commercial developments.
Drive Excellence Ensure project success by managing scopes schedules budgets and technical .
Build Relationships Serve as a trusted consultant for clients collaborating closely to bring their visions to life.
Mentor & Grow Lead and inspire engineers and technicians fostering professional development within the team.
What You Bring to the Table:
P.E. License & Civil Engineering Degree Youre a licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
5 Years of Experience Proven expertise in civil site design project management and infrastructure planning.
Residential & Commercial KnowHow Strong background in designing residential communities and working with private clients.
Tech Savvy Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (or a willingness to learn).
Business Acumen A strategic mindset with experience developing project scopes proposals and budgets.
Leadership & Communication The ability to manage teams engage clients and communicate complex ideas with ease.
