Position Overview:
At ITC Foods we are activelylooking for a proficient and seasoned IT Biz Partner for Adobe ExperienceManager & Web presence to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Inthis pivotal role you will work with Marketing / Brand teams and will be at theforefront of shaping and maintaining our Digital Assets including various Brandwebsites content & community blog / content creation sites with a primaryfocus on enhancing its efficiency scalability and overall triumph.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions for highly scalable highlyavailable systems providing architecture services for integrated and highperformingAEM solutions.
- Create crossplatform architectures across Adobe ExperienceCloud including AEM Target Analytics Campaign and CDP.
- Lead several large projects ITC Foods is undertaking in thisspace
Develop Owned DigitalPlatform development for our brands and Landing page creation for Campaigns
Development / Migration ofbrand websites on legacy tech to AEM
Development / Migration ofcampaign landing pages on legacy tech to AEM
- Very actively partner with business for creating &driving brand experiences for various consumer facing digital touch points likewebsites blogs communities
- Drive 1P data acceleration initiatives in coordination withMarketing Services Brands and external agencies
- Ensuring management of SEO performance of site &ensuring web vitals are monitored.
- Responsible for creating and integrating solutions usingAdobe Marketing Cloud translating complex requirements into architecturaldesigns.
- Integrate AEM with othersystems such as customer relationship management (CRM) marketing automationtools and analytics platforms.
- Conduct quality assurancetesting to ensure AEM solutions meet functionality performance and securityrequirements.
- Participate in the design development and deploymentimplementation of projects using the Adobe Suite.
- Work with internal IT team for contract finalizationapprovals for Security & IM policy pre & post implementation auditsetc
- New tech integration e.g. GenAI on our owned DigitalPlatform Brand websites etc
- Work on standardization of Marketing Tech across FMCGbusinesses
- Manage vendor teams for the project deliverablescommercials and contracts
Requirements
Experience:
- Strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM/CQ5including implementation of 2 fullcycle AEM projects.
- Adobe Experience Manager certifications or relevantcertifications in web content management or related fields are a plus.
- Must have worked on AEM 6.2 or newer versions.
- Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks includingtemplates components dialogs widgets and bundles.
- Good knowledge of rolling out sites using MultiSite Manager(MSM).
- Should be AEM certified sites developer.
- Develop AEM templates and components using current AEMsoftware releases.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML CSSand JavaScript.
- Experience with Java Content Repository (API) suite Slingweb framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework (R6/R7.
- Familiarity with Sightly Sling Models touch UI librariesAdobe core components Continuous Integration (Cloud Manager) and integrationexperience with other systems.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams including QA UXetc.
- Assist in deploying applications to Dev QA and Productionenvironments.
- Nicetohave experience with other CMS platforms and AEM integrationwith commerce systems (Adobe Magento).
- Strong handson experience in Java/J2EE.
- Overall 6 to 10 years work experience
