Key Details
- Salary: 16500 commission after 3 months
- Working Week (days and hours) 9am5.30pm 4 weekdays 9am3pm Saturdays 40 hour per week)
- Location: 92 High Street Carshalton Surrey SM5 3AE
Responsibilities
- Registering applicants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Arranging and conducting property inspections
- Liaising with sellers buyers landlords and tenants.
- Dealing with property maintenance
Desired Skills
- Must have a full driving licence and use of own car. *REQUIRED*
- Good communication skills are essential and must be confident speaking to clients.
Desired Personal Qualities
- Friendly outgoing and well presented with a desire to maintain a high level of customer service
Desired Qualifications
- GCSE English and Maths 4 or C
What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive
- The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 2 Junior Sales Agent Apprentice Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
- You will be taught through:
- 46 Weekly 121 Sessions with your tutor
- 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
- The course is a 12 month programme
