Job Description
Job Summary:
The Project Leads (DX) goal is to create the best customer digital experience possible at iHerb
The Project Lead is responsible for creating the best digital experience for customers ensuring that each touchpoint of the customer journey is effective and engaging. The PM will oversee day to day project operations that improve digital experience including UATs E2E customer journey testing and search and quality improvement projects.
Job Expectations:
- Assist in Planning and defining project scope goals and objectives
- Develop detailed plans including tasks timelines and deliverables
- Build and direct project teams and create workflows to increase team efficiency
- Identify risks and develop plans to minimize project disruptions
- Assist in estimating costs and tracking spend to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Communicate with stakeholders provide updates respond to inquiries
- Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet standard help maintain project integrity
- Monitor and track KPIs and help evaluate project impact and assess overall digital and customer experience based on metrics.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability must be flexible to project shifts and to pivot and adjust strategies to keep plans moving forward.

- Exceptional organizational skills and able to multitask and prioritize.
Equipment Knowledge:
- Experience with Management tools (Jira Asana)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail Drive Docs Sheets Forms) preferred
Experience Requirements:
Relevant professional work experience in planning developing monitoring and evaluating projects is required minimum of 5 years preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Linguistics Project Management or a related field.
