Job Description
Job Summary:
Michael Hohl Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Automotive Technology Expert to join our Subaru sales team in Carson City Nevada. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and have a strong background in Subaru vehicles. As an individual contributor you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a fulltime position with a base salary plus commission structure. We offer a competitive benefits package including health insurance paid time off and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Use your indepth knowledge of Subaru vehicles to showcase their features benefits and industryleading technology to potential buyers
Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions policies regarding payment and tradeins
Follow up with customers and assist with any postsales inquiries or issues
Collaborate with other departments such as finance and service to provide a seamless buying experience for customers
Continuously improve your knowledge of Subaru vehicles and the automotive industry
Attend regular training and development sessions to stay uptodate on new features and technology
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
Strong understanding of Subaru vehicles and their features
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales track record
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
