ISS is seeking a dedicated HSE Coordinator to join our team in Arnaudville LA. The HSE Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our management team by maintaining and continuously improving Health Safety and Environmental standards at our facilities and fieldwork sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in implementing facilitating and maintaining the HSE Program under the direction of the HSE Leader.
- Ensure company personnel receive required training as outlined by the Companys HSEQ Management system and customer requirements.
- Administers maintains and develops HSE support materials training and other programs for the Company using (KPA) safety software system.
- Assist with the development implementation and administration of the companys Competency Based Training (CBT) Program.
- Reporting investigating analyzing and documenting all HSE incidents in the Superior Incident Management System (SIMS) platform.
- Assist in postincident rootcause analysis and development of corrective actions.
- Traveling and meeting personnel at hospitals or clinics when personnel come in from work sites for medical evaluations.
- Conducts facility and work site HSE Field Assessments and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure facilities and field work sites meet companys HSEQ Management System and Regulatory requirements.
- Maintain ISNetworld and Veriforce databases.
- Support the companys behavioralbased safety program.
- Support DISA drug & alcohol testing programs (DOT and nonDOT) including ensuring personnel complete random testing as required.
- Work with company clients to ensure compliance with their HSE requirements including representing the company when clients conduct HSE and/or SEMS audits on the company.
- Provides technical guidance and solutions to operational teams regarding quality health safety and environmentrelated issues conditions and situations.
- Support Company ShortService Employee (SSE) Program.
- Facilitate daily safety meetings.
- Working knowledge and awareness of OSHA FMCSA BSEE DOT LADEQ and EPA requirements.
- Manage chemical inventory and SDS requirements in KHA Online SDS platform.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
- Bachelors degree from a fouryear college or university preferred.
- Minimum of five 5 years HSE experience.
- Experience in oilfield services preferred
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong verbal and written communication analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge competency and experience in HSE issues procedures and processes
- Collect research and analyze data
- Communicate effectively both written and verbally at all levels within the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word PowerPoint and Excel
