Job Description
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in Corporate Commercial Healthcare Multifamily and / or Senior Living markets.
- Lead technical coordination of project and control to achieve continuity of purpose within scope budget and time schedules from initial startup through construction completion
- Extensive technical involvement and experience with assembling construction documents;
- Ability to coordinate design and architectural drawings with other disciplines
- Work in all phases of design and construction
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and contractors
- Bachelor of Architecture degree
- Licensed Architect
- 8 years of experience including varied technical aspects of the architectural process and project management.
- Revit experience required
- May occasionally require outoftown travel to support projects.
