As a member of the Project Management Office the Operations Project Consultant is part of a team of Consultants responsible for guiding the organization in solving complex business issues from strategy through .
Skills and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats to various situations and audiences
- Translate strategic initiatives into operations
- Enable rapid redesign of business processes to achieve greater efficiencies and adapt business models to industry changes
- Develop and implement innovative datadriven solutions to enhance business processes and performance
- Lead project teams emphasizing the ability to build collaborative relationships with team members including but not limited to: the medical staff nursing and other clinical areas administration and operational/support services to drive projects to
- Work autonomously with little direction
- Manage and conduct quantitative and qualitative benchmarking and primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data
- Own and deliver projects including bringing together the right perspectives identifying roadblocks and integrating feedback from all stakeholders and team members
- Deliver significant business results that utilize strategic and creative thinking problem solving and individual initiative
- Build productive and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively seek guidance clarification and feedback
- Utilize pragmatic approaches to achieve sustainable financial results and operational models
