Job Summary
Working within the Data Services department which covers data Administration Information Reporting Analytics and Solution Architecture. Reporting to Head of Data and Architecture the candidate will be manipulating data for consumption. Supporting with gathering system requirements.
Job Role:
- To provide support to the Head of Data Services to meet business requirements.
- Input and validation of master / standing data across a large data set to ensure accuracy in a timely manner.
- Complying with internal processes that control data and information flow to ensure timely data management and an auditable trail.
- Problem solving identify where there are data inconsistencies and investigate root cause and corrective actions required
- Working collaboratively with different parts of the business to uphold data management principles and accurately input data
Responsibilities
- To follow and always promote relevant SOPs and Company policy and procedure to ensure patient safety.
- To support the capture of requests from internal and external customers and manage the completion of the tasks.
- To provide adhoc data to support business requirements.
- To maintain good housekeeping.
- To contribute to HealthNets commitment to continuous improvement by forwarding your suggestions to appropriate persons.
- Continuous development of personal professional and technical skillset.
- Any other duties consummate with the experience and grade of the role.
- Know the Company strategy and make sure what you do on a day to day basis is in line with the strategic objectives.

Requirements while in role:
- Observe and adhere to at all time the Confidentiality and GDPR statements listed in the contract of employment.
- Always adhere to and enforce the most up to date version of the Confidentiality and GDPR policies and ensure any breaches of either policy are reported immediately to the Data Protection Officer (DPO)
- To be trained in pharmacovigilance ad report all patient safety events and product quality events you may become aware of from any source within required timeframes
- To be trained in Good Distribution Practice and follow GSP standards at all times during the course of your work as defined in the Guidelines on Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products for Human Use 2013/C 343/01
Your training plan
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20 of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
Working towards Level 3 Data technician apprenticeship standard including any necessary Functional Skills or additional qualifications. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Learning Curve Group.
