Position Summary
The Lead Barista is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager with opening closing and Team supervision during shift.
This role pays an hourly rate of $18 plus tips.

This position will remain open until May 2 2025.

Curtain Call Cafe is located in The Kimmel Center known for its worldclass acoustics and its role as a cultural hub. The Cafe serves concert guests residents and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Delegate shift assignments to Team members
- Open and close the Cafe as needed
- Relay operational concerns to Restaurant Manager
- Count and reconcile cash drawer at end of shift
- Oversee that Cafe maintains a neat and clean appearance
Qualifications
- 35 years of Cafe or barista experience
- 12 years supervisory experience
- Reliable
- Able to work early mornings and weekends
