Job Description
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE POSITION:
- An ability to provide outstanding guest service
- An ability to prioritize organize and delegate in a fastpaced environment
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the food & beverage industry
- At least 2 years of previous experience as a food & beverage manager/supervisor
- An active Safe Food Handler certification or a willingness to obtain
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Responsible for achieving company objectives in food & beverage sales service quality facility appearance and sanitation
- Ensures menu items are consistently prepared and served according to recipes portioning cooking methods and service standards
- Maintains a strong working knowledge of the food & beverage industry and any applicable policies state/federal laws and standards
- Coaches trains and mentors food & beverage employees while maintaining a pleasant productive work environment
- Understands staffing best practices and procedures while demonstrating an ability to appropriately schedule employees based on business needs
- Ensures all inventory and equipment is accounted for in good working condition and secured when not in use
- Exercises good judgment and remains levelheaded while making decisions in a fastpaced and sometimes stressful environment
- Follows appropriate cash handling and counting procedures
- Attends staff meetings as required
