SALES PROGRESSOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Ascot SL5
Salary: 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A highly successful forward thinking Independent Estate Agents is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Progressor to join their team.
You will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale. You will ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors mortgage advisor and other agents. You will need to provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will be accurate and dependable careful and thorough have a good knowledge of the residential sales process and be capable of dealing proactively with a busy property pipeline
Skills: The skills required for this Property Sales Progressor role will include:
- Previous experience in sale progression
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Work to strict deadlines
- Ability to build strong business relationships
