About the Role:
We are looking for a Technology Business Analyst with 3 years of experience to help us translate business needs into powerful technology solutions in the Promotional Products Industry. If you enjoy problemsolving working with external users and stakeholders and improving business processes this role is for you!
Analyze and document business & technical requirements.
Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Optimize workflows and improve business processes.
Support data analysis and reporting to enhance decisionmaking.
Facilitate meetings training and user acceptance testing (UAT).
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in business analysis within a technologydriven environment.
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum Kanban and SDLC methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL data analysis and process modeling.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Jira Confluence ClickUp or other project management tools is a plus.
- Bonus points for cloud computing APIs or BA certifications!
