Technical Leadership:
Lead a team of Salesforce developers providing technical guidance code reviews and best practices.
Define and enforce coding standards development methodologies and deployment processes to ensure highquality deliverables.
Collaborate with solution architects business analysts and project managers to design robust Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce Development:
Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex LWC (Lightning Web Components) OmniStudio (OmniScripts DataRaptors and Integration Procedures) and other Salesforce tools.
Configure and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud including product catalog CPQ and order orchestration functionalities.
Design and implement complex workflows automations and integrations with thirdparty systems.
OmniStudio Expertise:
Leverage OmniStudio tools such as OmniScripts DataRaptors and FlexCards to build dynamic userfriendly interfaces and processes.
Optimize OmniStudio solutions for performance scalability and maintainability.
Stay updated on OmniStudio enhancements and incorporate new features into development strategies.
System Integration:
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g. billing platforms OSS/BSS systems and payment gateways) using APIs middleware and custom development.
Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow across integrated systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system reliability.
Quality Assurance and Optimization:
Perform code reviews and unit testing to ensure compliance with best practices and business requirements.
Optimize existing Salesforce implementations to improve performance scalability and usability.
Monitor system health and resolve technical issues proactively.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with Solution Architects to estimate work propose solutions and provide technical expertise.
Conduct training and mentoring sessions for junior developers and administrators.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Experience:
5 years of Salesforce development experience including handson experience with Communications Cloud.
3 years of experience with OmniStudio tools such as OmniScripts DataRaptors Integration Procedures and FlexCards.
Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering complex Salesforce projects.
Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages including Apex LWC Visualforce and SOQL.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture including data models security and integrations.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Git).
Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II Communications Cloud Consultant or OmniStudio Developer.
Experience with telecommunications industry processes including order management service provisioning and billing.
Familiarity with middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi.
Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
