Job Description

About this role:

Wells Fargo India (Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai) is seeking an Apprentice to participate in the formal Apprenticeship Training Program. This program is designed as an opportunity to gain onthejob training about our business operations and probably have the prospect to become a fulltime employee.


In this role you will:

  • Participate in formal Apprenticeship program including onthejob training program
  • Train on processing monitoring and examining information on aspects of work responsibilities to the resolution of process problems and questions
  • Perform routine administrative tasks posting and reconciliation
  • Regularly receive direction from your mentor and escalate questions and issues
  • Timely complete various tasks and responsibilities assigned as part of the training
  • Become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained
  • Train with a dynamic team and gain hands on experience under the guidance of experienced peer groups


Required Qualification:

  • India only: Bachelors Degree

  • Freshers with no prior formal work experience.

  • Completed college degree with no active backlogs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • An individual who demonstrates a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results.

  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational multitasking and prioritizing skills.

  • Acts with integrity character and sound judgement.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
