Job Description

In this role the Physical Therapist works as part of an interdisciplinary team providing assessments on a persons strengths and needs. Then develops implements and supervises programs to restore and/or maintain musculoskeletal neuromuscular or postural abilities. This practitioner provides consultation and instruction to the Day Habilitation employees to ensure proper techniques are carried out in the classroom and provides inservice training as appropriate. This role also involves timely and thorough maintenance of adaptive equipment working with vendors. As with any PT role there are documentation requirements set by IPSIDD that must be completed at the time of service.
The starting pay range for this position is $34 to $37.00. This is a fulltime 35 hour a week position Monday through Friday.
