Job Description
Butler Toyota Jacksonville is looking for the right individual to join our parts team. Butler Toyota parts team is a small operation that prides itself in helping each other grow each day. It is key for our continued growth to find the same likeminded individual that is selfmotivated and has the previous experience needed to succeed.
- Full time Salary Position Available
- Schedule will include rotating Saturdays
- Primary role Retail Parts Counter
- Reynolds & Reynolds Experience & Toyota Dealership Experience Preferred
- Previous Amazon eBay sales experience Preferred
- Job Requirements for the position of a Retail Parts Team Member are as follow
- Keep Retail New Continue each day to value the investment made in retail parts. Keep area clean stocked front and faced and report any damages right away.
- Collecting PrePayment for all SpecialOrder Parts prior to the order being submitted.
- Actively updating customers when special order parts arrive and/or are delayed.
- Actively search Backorders Nationwide at least weekly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Answer all phone calls with a professional and welcoming greeting.
- Walk Retail Walk retail area daily to avoid additional theft of items.
- Daily stocking of Tires batteries and additional incoming items
- Daily shipping of items sold
