Job Description
- Create and maintain CNC programs for EDM Milling and Jig Grinding.
- Create and maintain CNC programs for 3 axis surface milling hardened tool steels.
- Create and maintain Tooling Inspection Reports.
- Create prototype routings and control plans.
- Program operate and maintain 3d printers.
- Create product drawings in collaboration with engineering.
- Administer drawing files in a Product Data Management (PDM) environment.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor Powermill EDGECAM or comparable CAD/CAM software.
- Working knowledge of G and M codes
- Proficiency with Excel
- Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with rapid changes in priority.
- Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods.
