About the Opportunity

Are you a newly qualified to 2 years PQE Property Litigation Solicitor seeking to build a career with a leading Legal 500 firm This role based in Gerrards Cross offers an exceptional platform to develop as a specialist in property litigation handling a variety of contentious property matters. As part of our property litigation team you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled practitioners gaining handson experience in a professional supportive setting.

Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join our expanding property litigation team. You will manage and support a caseload that includes landlord and tenant disputes boundary and easement issues property contract disputes and other contentious property matters. B P Collins provides the perfect environment to advance your expertise and develop your litigation skills guided by experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Property Litigation Cases: Assist in handling a full range of property disputes from landlord and tenant matters to complex boundary and easement cases.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring clear communication and providing updates throughout each case.
  • Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive legal research preparing detailed case assessments and advising clients on potential outcomes and strategies.
  • Document Drafting and Court Filings: Prepare pleadings witness statements and other key litigation documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
  • Case Preparation and Strategy: Support the team with case preparation for hearings mediations and settlements while contributing to strategic decisionmaking.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Qualified solicitor with NQ to 2 years PQE in property litigation or dispute resolution
  • Practical experience in contentious property matters ideally gained from a reputable law firm
  • Strong legal research analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clientfocused approach
  • Detailoriented and organised able to manage multiple cases effectively
  • Proactive and committed to professional growth and excellence in service
