Job Description
Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ2 Years PQE) Gerrards Cross
- Manage Property Litigation Cases: Assist in handling a full range of property disputes from landlord and tenant matters to complex boundary and easement cases.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring clear communication and providing updates throughout each case.
- Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive legal research preparing detailed case assessments and advising clients on potential outcomes and strategies.
- Document Drafting and Court Filings: Prepare pleadings witness statements and other key litigation documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
- Case Preparation and Strategy: Support the team with case preparation for hearings mediations and settlements while contributing to strategic decisionmaking.
- Qualified solicitor with NQ to 2 years PQE in property litigation or dispute resolution
- Practical experience in contentious property matters ideally gained from a reputable law firm
- Strong legal research analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clientfocused approach
- Detailoriented and organised able to manage multiple cases effectively
- Proactive and committed to professional growth and excellence in service
