We are looking for a Full Stack Python Developer with expertise in data pipelines Apache Airflow and Azure cloud services. You will design develop and maintain data solutions for our AI projects collaborating with data scientists analysts and stakeholders to ensure our systems are robust scalable and secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Pipeline Development:
- Design build and maintain reliable and efficient data pipelines.
- Develop and manage ETL processes to extract transform and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
- Airflow & Workflow Management:
- Develop schedule and monitor complex workflows using Apache Airflow.
- Create and maintain DAGs tasks and operators to automate data processes.
- Cloud Integration with Azure:
- Utilize Azure services for data storage processing and analytics.
- Integrate Azure cloud solutions with data pipelines to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Full Stack Development:
- Build and enhance web applications working on both frontend (HTML CSS JavaScript) and backend components using Python frameworks (e.g. Django Flask).
- Develop RESTful APIs to integrate data pipelines with other services and applications.
- Collaboration & Troubleshooting:
- Work closely with data analysts data scientists and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement data quality and security best practices.
- Monitor troubleshoot and optimize data workflows to ensure seamless operations and address issues proactively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong expertise in Python with a solid understanding of core syntax data structures and objectoriented programming.
- Proven experience in full stack development including both frontend and backend technologies.
- Data Engineering:
- Handson experience with building and managing data pipelines.
- Proficiency in using data processing tools and libraries (e.g. Apache Kafka Spark or similar).
- Airflow & Workflow Tools:
- Experience with Apache Airflow (or equivalent workflow management tools) including knowledge of DAGs tasks and scheduling mechanisms.
- Cloud & Azure Experience:
- Practical experience working with Azure cloud services including but not limited to Azure Data Factory Azure Databricks and Azure SQL Database.
- API Development:
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating backend systems with various applications.
- Academic Background:
- A strong academic background in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g. Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks or libraries is advantageous.
